Q. I had a rhinoplasty about 10 month ago. I had an asymmetric nose and pointy tip that was a bit down. The surgeon preformed cartage alternations (open surgery) to straighten up the nose. After 13 months the tip of the nose is still swollen and I have trouble breathing and Im making strange noises when sleeping. I am obviously very unhappy with the results and although the surgeon said that he will perform the revision operation I dont want him to as I have lost all confidence in him.,
 
A. Hi there. It’s probably best to have a consultation as you have a complex problem here. I think it’s going to be very difficult to know what to do without seeing you, I’m afraid.
